It’s time to share ideas and inspire others at the 2023 Wisconsin Library Association Annual Conference! The call for proposals for sessions is now open.
The conference will be held at the Madison Marriott West in Middleton, Wisconsin from October 24-27.
Proposals are being accepted for single speaker presentations or panels. Sessions will run 60 minutes in length, with a maximum of four presenters. Presenters may be part of up to two sessions. WLA members and non-members are encouraged to apply.
This year’s theme is “Don’t Stop Believing,” and the conference committee is seeking presentations that explore new and innovative ways to support library professionals and the communities they serve. Proposals focusing on topics such as technology, literacy, collections, and outreach are welcome.
WVLS members who are interested in submitting a proposal and need assistance with ideas can contact WVLS Education Consultant Jamie Matczak.
Librarians interested in submitting a proposal should complete this online form by Friday, May 12.
