Information

• Email to request bins, if your library has an unexpected closure, damaged items, or if you have other questions.
• If a library is scheduled to receive delivery on a day that service is not running (i.e. holiday, weather conditions), a make-up stop will not be scheduled that week.
• Likewise, if a library is closed on a delivery day, a make-up stop will not be scheduled that week. 
• WVLS subsidizes three courier stops per week to each member public library and V-Cat service site through a contract with our service vendor. Libraries may purchase additional courier stops, Monday through Friday.
