The Walter E. Olson Memorial Library seeks an energetic, creative, and dedicated person to join our staff as Youth Services Coordinator.  The Youth Services Coordinator reports to the Library Director, and this position will begin on the week of May 3, 2021.

The Youth Services Coordinator works to provide high quality library services, materials, and programming to patrons from ages 0-18 and their families.  The Coordinator also serving as a member of the Library team in providing day-to-day services to all Library users.  Strong candidates will have experience working with children and young adults, good communication and customer service skills, program or event planning experience, the ability to manage time and deadlines, and a demonstrated knowledge of and/or aptitude for learning technology and design skills.  The full job description can be viewed here.

This part-time position is for 24 hours weekly and includes a regular Saturday schedule.  The position offers compensation at $15/hour, as well as paid vacation, sick time, and employer contributions to the Wisconsin Retirement System.  More information on benefits can be found in our Employee Handbook.
