(1:29 PM) Anne Kuipers: I also haven't thought about it much, but our municipality hasn't changed our funding since the mid 2000's. And I only did my first budget this winter.

(1:42 PM) Vicky: Working on reopening--didn't think about budget yet.  We are always underfunded compared to other city departments.
(1:47 PM) Virginia: My staff has work logs, and we have been making regular reports to the board of all the things being done for the public now and in the future.
(1:51 PM) Loyal  Library: After listening to the webinar, I made sure to ask my city whether they were aware of the Road to Recovery Grant.  They had heard about it but hadn't checked into it further so I forwarded the information to them.  I wanted to make sure they knew that I knew about this money.

(1:58 PM) Anne Kuipers: Not related to the main topic, but since everyone is here does anyone have advice on how to deal with the packed open pool across the street. It scares me, especially since about 1/2 of my patrons agree with caution.
(1:58 PM) Virginia: Once we open, we will be limiting children inside the building at RDL--no kids without -parents, and perhaps no kids at all.

(1:59 PM) Anne Kuipers: Volume of people, since people typically go from pool to library and I have already turned away kids.
