The person in this position is responsible for helping fulfill interlibrary loan requests made by patrons statewide, assisting in managing the RL&LL collection, and providing technical support to libraries.

A minimally qualified applicant must have experience with:
- Using software applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, or similar;
• Providing customer service by telephone and email;
• Managing two or more tasks and deadlines;
• Performing research or item location in an integrated library or interlibrary loan system;
• Investigating and/or resolving data discrepancies, such as with interlibrary loan or reference requests.
Well qualified candidates will also have experience: creating or editing bibliographic forms through cataloging; creating, editing and/or implementing general interlibrary loan policies and/or procedures; and, training co-workers on procedures.
