The Library is a member of The Monarch Library System, serving a four-county area which includes Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Dodge, and Jefferson counties.
The Library Board of Trustees seeks an innovative, inclusive, and optimistic leader. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive library management experience, excel in project management, communication, grant writing skills, oversight of library collections, professional advocacy, community collaboration, and technology.
Minimum Professional Requirements and Educational Experience:
Wisconsin Public Library Administration Grade II Library Certification. The educational requirements for Grade II Certification are set by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction: Public Libraries Division and can be found here<https://dpi.wi.gov/pld/ce

Salary:
Starting salary $65,000 negotiable dependent on professional experience.
